I've always been interested in art in one form or another.  I've taken courses in acrylics, pastels, watercolor and oils.  I've also done soapstone carving, working with clay, Chinese painting, 3D paper tole and other crafts.  I vary on what I like to do, but mainly it's painting animals.

Since 2008 I've been primarily doing scratch art, a technique I've basically had to teach myself to do....and as with everything else, I'm still learning.

Please sign my guest book before you leave.

Here are a few samples of my recent pieces.

Acrylics

I started painting in acrylics in 1980.  I have tons more, but thought I'd just post my most recent ones.

Pastels

I tried my first one (on the left) in 2006 and then never touched pastels again.
In 2009 I tried again (the middle one & the most recent is the last one).
